this past summer, i was lucky enough to have a job that took me to a lot of cool places. one such place was 7 WTC, where we got to have a tour of the new building by a representative of silverstein properties. it was reaaaallllly awesome. here’s a view i had of ground zero.
whenever i think of dusk, i think of uganda, because dusk is very short there. i remember scrambling around hurrying to brush my teeth and wash my face in a plastic bowl with five other people at the same time, all because we knew it was only a matter of ten minutes or so before the light of day would be gone. adding flashlights to this mix makes things even messier, so it was best to get things out of the way as quickly as possible.
i have so many good memories. and i love new york city.
good evening.
completely did not realize that i have not been posting specs with the photos, except i can’t find ISO in the photo infos on my mac! i’ll have to figure out how to find those. anyway. hiiiiii la. i miss your summer nights, like this one. taken from the rooftop of 1010 wilshire.
